Presence = Essential + your website + 1 h of changes a month. Shop = Business + your online shop + 2 h of changes a month. Unused hours do not carry over. Extra hours and work outside the package: €45/h plus VAT (quoted before we start). Monthly prices, plus VAT.

You pay 50% on signing and 50% on delivery. The monthly fee only starts once the site is live.

We reply within two working days. Your details are only used to reply to you and are deleted after 6 months if we don’t go ahead.
FAQ
What people usually ask.
Can I take the website with me if I stop working with you?
Yes. The domain is yours, you can export all your data at any time and we hand over the website’s repository, ready to host wherever you like. The CRM is a service: your access ends with the contract, but your data comes with you.
Is there a minimum term?
Set-up is paid half when you go ahead and half on delivery. The monthly fee has a 12-month minimum term; if you leave earlier, you pay half of the remaining months. After that it is month to month and you can leave with 30 days’ notice.
What if I want to pay less later?
After the minimum term you can move to the Maintenance plan: €39 a month for a website, or €99 for a website with a shop. The website and shop stay online as they are, and the panel keeps working on the same plan. Design changes and new features are no longer included; they are quoted separately. You can go back to the full plan whenever you like, without paying the set-up again.
Is my data locked in?
No. Export customers, orders and everything else as CSV or JSON at any time, even after you leave.
Who pays the payment fees?
Payments go into your Stripe account and the fees are Stripe’s, charged to you directly. We take no share of your sales.
How long does it take?
Usually 2 weeks for a website and 3 to 4 weeks for an online shop, once we have the texts and photos.
Do you work with companies outside Portugal?
Yes, across Europe. The website can have several languages and the workspace is in English and Portuguese.
Can I start with just the CRM?
You can. Sign up on the platform and, when you want the website, we move your data into your own workspace.
